Lamorinda Moms is a social and support group for moms with children age five and younger within the greater Lamorinda, California area. (This includes the cities of Orinda, Lafayette and the Town of Moraga).
Lamorinda Moms strives to help members enrich their lives through cultivating new friendships, personal and professional growth and community involvement. Since it’s inception in 1995, Lamorinda Moms (previously known as Lamorinda Mom’s Club*) has evolved to become one of the largest parenting organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area, with over 570 members and growing.

My family and I recently moved to the area, and I just wanted to express my appreciation for the warm welcome we have received from Lamorinda Moms. The Welcome Tea was delightful, and the website has made it so easy to find playgroups, recommendations and tips. But I am most appreciative of the warm and friendly atmosphere of the club. Last night's meeting (April 2009) was a lot of fun, the presentation was phenomenal, and I left feeling so glad to have found this group of warm, welcoming and friendly moms...exactly all the things we'd hoped for in the community in which our sons will grow up.
